Delivery and Returns


We deliver your goods once payment has been processed.

Delivery can take anywhere between 3 and 10 working days.

We currently only deliver to the UK.

Delivery to the UK Mainland is FREE.

Please contact us for a quote for delivery to Highlands, Islands and Ireland and International Shipping.

If you purchase a product and it is actually out of stock, please allow an extra 3 days for delivery of said item(s).


We hope that you enjoy discovering Kay Reed products. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 14 working days of delivery. To do so please call our Customer Services team (07401811130) within 7 working days of receipt of the items.

Defects, incomplete orders, or incorrect delivery

If you are returning the goods owing to defects, incomplete or incorrect delivery we will refund you both the price you paid for your goods and the recorded delivery costs for the return postage from the original delivery point to our distribution centre, please enclose a valid receipt indicating the return postage costs.

Other reasons

If you return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, incomplete orders or incorrect delivery, you will be required to pay for the return of the item to us. Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit.

Returns Online

If you already have an online account with us, you can submit a return online by clicking here and filling in all the relevant details. Your progress can be monitored inside your account.

Refund Time

We aim to handle your returns within seven working days of receiving the goods. We will refund the price paid by you for the goods (including the initial delivery charge) within thirty (30) days of being informed of your request for a refund. Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
